Recapitalization Transaction Information

On July 14, 2020, we announced that we and certain related entities obtained a stay under the Canada Business Corporations Act.  The stay will provide Calfrac with the opportunity to implement a recapitalization transaction designed to strengthen Calfrac’s balance sheet and financial capacity.
